Memberships and classes are automatically renewed at the beginning of each month until canceled.
**Cancelations must be given 30 days in advance due to automatic billing process.
We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card.
For any missed class, a make up token will be added to your account. Make up tokens can be redeemed for any comparable class provided the class has not reached capacity.
Classes are heald at a variety of times and members who sign up.
Typically members sign up for specific class times once or twice a week. Please see our customer portal for class times and schedules.
Open gym hours are held daily with longest avaliable hours on Friday and Saturdays.
For the safety of our athletes, T-shirts or tank tops that cover the midriff, shorts or leggings and shoes are required.
*Due to abrasive nature of the gym from velcro and exposed wood, fall potential, and to allow for safe spotting from coaches, please reframe from removing t-shirts, wearing sports bras, and taking off shoes.
